The municipal services Mainz carries out a lot of measures to develop qualified employees and ties them to their companies. They are part of an initiative throughout Germany called “Fair Company”, which guarantees employees:
-loyalty between colleagues
-quality management services for their employees using their feedbacks to improve the working conditions
