The Competence Centre helps SMEs in Rhineland-Palatinate to be future-compliant, which in this case means that they are able to meet prospective economic, educational and demographic challenges. Main themes of the Competence Centre Future-Compliant Work are:
securing and developing competences
operational health system
organisation of work
leading and communication skills
winning personal and being attractive as a company to employees

Due to demograhic changes SMEs will face problems finding skilled workers. Competence centres like Kompetenzzentrum Zukunftsfähige Arbeit help SMEs finding the right approach and can advise them to keep them safe from skilled workers shortage.
