This SME in Rhineland-Palatinate is focused on project development in the field of renewable energy and is very successful and famous for being attractive to qualified employees. Juwi AG offers its employees a lot of opportunities:
-an internal and highly professional further education programme, by which it can cover the need for further qualification of its employees; its internal further education programme does not only offer specific technical competenes but also a lot of courses for developing soft skills
-it also offers its employees various leisure opportunities
-it also attaches value to achieving a work-life balance especially for its female employees (for example: a kindergarden within the company territory)
-it offers an operational system (for example a health centre)
